The Otago Boys’ High School Foundation was established in June 2005 to provide financial support to Otago Boys’ High School (the school). The Foundation is a Charitable Trust which operates through the collection of donations, pledges and bequests, passive income streams and an ever growing event portfolio.

Due to the growth of the Foundation in just five short years we are looking for a dynamic & responsible administrator who is willing to get stuck in and support the Foundation through its next phase. Whilst essentially an administration position there will be opportunity to develop your event management and marketing skills during the fixed term contract.

This is an 18 month full time - fixed term contract.

We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent communication skills including written and orally.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a positive outlook and sense of humour.
The ability to work well under pressure and to perform to deadlines.
Professional attitude at all times and in all dealings.
Strong organisation skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Innovative, creative, not afraid to delve outside the square.
Highly energetic.

Responsibilities include:
Manage all general admin duties
Invoicing, GST, PAYE & Banklink
Data Entry & Database management
Website management
Newsletter research
Event & Reunion organising
